1. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Malaysia! All my stuffs are handmade by me here in my home studio.
2. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY EVERYWHERE?
I ship internationally to selected countries like US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and many others.
However, if your postal code is located somewhere FedEx considers as "out of delivery area", additional surcharge will apply. I will contact you before shipping if this is the case. So do not worry!
3. HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs vary for different countries but the approximate average is around USD10 to USD15.
4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? TRACKING?
My order processing time is 1-3 business days.
And I use FedEx to ship, so they take approximately 3-5 business days to deliver. All orders comes with tracking number.
5. WHY DO YOU REQUIRE MY PHONE NUMBER?
I ship using FedEx. They make it compulsory to include the receiver's phone number for the shipping label.
6. Do you do custom/personalized planters/dish?
Yes, I do! However, your request must be within my design style and skill-sets. For example, I can definitely do something with your or your loved ones' name or anniversary date.
