Shop Policy

Hello there! Thanks for stopping by my shop. Please take a moment to look at  my shop policies before purchasing. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact me!


1. SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Whereas, pre-orders will take around 7-14 days to be shipped. 

All orders are shipped via FedEx and would  take 3-5 business days to be delivered. 



2. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX

Buyers are responsible for any customs, tax or import fees that may be imposed to your package when it arrives in your country. In addition, handling/storage fees may be imposed by the courier company (if applicable).

*In my experience, none of my US customers had to pay any of these taxes or fees, but I'd suggest you to contact your local customs office for the current charges as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

I as a seller cannot be responsible for delays caused by the customs or the shipping company. 


3. EXCHANGES/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

I do not accept exchanges and returns. But please feel free to contact me if you have any problem with your order. 

I accept cancellations but please contact me before I ship out the item. Once the item is picked up by FedEx, any cancellations will not be accepted.



4. ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED/ MAIL THEFT

I package my orders really well. However, if your order did arrive damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging too. Keep all the packaging and the damaged item as these may be required to file a claim from FedEx. Please be sure to contact me about any damages within 3 days of delivery or you may not be eligible to file a claim. I will assist you throughout the process so do not worry! 

I send tracking number for every orders, so please be sure to monitor the tracking as I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. 



5. ADDRESSES IN FEDEX'S OUT OF DELIVERY AREA

If your address is in FedEx's out of delivery area, an additional surcharge of USD25 will be imposed. This surcharge is very high indeed!

I will contact you if this is the case. And you have 3 options:

a. Pay the additional surcharge and proceed with the order

b. Change the address to a different postal code/ state

c. Cancel order
